I'm Helen

A Certified Nutrition and Metabolic Health Coach, and the Founder of 'Change for the Better'. I help women in midlife regain their energy, confidence and strength using science-backed strategies, real life tools and the kind of support I wish I’d had.

I have a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. My work is deeply personal, shaped by the early loss of my mother and my own journey through midlife health challenges.

My coaching style is approachable, honest and results-driven and I'm a trusted voice for midlife women seeking real answers and lasting change for the better.
